Return & Exchange Policy

We will happily exchange faulty items if it's a manufacturer defect. No refund!

Any issues with the product must be reported within 36 hours of delivery. (Not applicable for disposables)

Open and used items are not eligible for exchanges/refunds.

In case an exchange is required, V Hatch Services will send a link for the prepaid shipping
label to be returned.

In rare circumstances in which refund issued, the refund process takes 3-4 business days for
credit card transactions to show back on the cardholders account.

V Hatch Services does not have a refund policy!
